[NFBCS] Applications functions on a laptop

Tracy if shift F10 or Fn shift f10 does not work--one of those should so
that is odd
you can try this--practice on a desktop icon first before heading out to
other items to get good
laptop mode--select icon then route your cursor with caps [ then caps 9 for
a right click which is applications key and down arrow to what you want
