[NFBCS] Subtitles

Is there any way to get access to subtitles?  Youtube would do for a start.
I am studying Irish Gaelic.  My sighted classmates can read the English
subtitles, and it would be handy if I could, too, but I haven't seen a way
to make it happen.  

It seems to me that someone has written out the subtitles, so it's
frustrating that I don't have access to that text.  But maybe someone knows
how I can get it?
