[NFBCS] Subtitles

What device, platform, software are you wanting to use to get access to these subtitles? I've found the iPhone is particularly good, sometimes annoyingly so, at getting you access to subtitles.

Is there any way to get access to subtitles?  Youtube would do for a start.
I am studying Irish Gaelic.  My sighted classmates can read the English subtitles, and it would be handy if I could, too, but I haven't seen a way to make it happen.  

It seems to me that someone has written out the subtitles, so it's frustrating that I don't have access to that text.  But maybe someone knows how I can get it?
