[NFBCS] utube app

I'm not sure what you're looking to do. There is a command-line app called
youtube-dl. I have it on macOS but I assume it works on Windows as well. It
is useful for downloading Youtube videos. It has a lot of options. For
example, I only want to download the soundtrack, so I use the command

youtube-dl --extract-audio --audio-format m4a <url of video>
