[NFBCS] Regarding an accessible project management tool

I would like to add a flow chart suggestion: GraphViz. This software, at
https://graphviz.org, uses a text-based language called DOT to define both
directed and undirected graphs. These can be interpreted as flow charts and
should be readable by any screenreader in their native form.
