[NFBCS] accessibility question about Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and Draw.io

Hello all, 

 

Another question about softwares. I am taking a networking class. We will be
using Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and Draw.io. Have any of you used these
software? If you did, are they accessible?
