[NFBCS] Visual Studio Code

Hi folks,

I'm starting to learn R, Python, and Ruby in Visual Studio Code. Does
anyone know how to turn on screen-reader mode and leave it as the
default mode? For some reason, VSCode isn't recognizing that I have
Jaws on.

Also, I'm having difficulty navigating the interface. Any tips would
be very much appreciated. Thanks.
