I agree with others, using the Outlook desktop client would be the easiest way to do this. If, however, this isn't an option for some reason and you must use the web interface, I would suggest switching to the light version. This can be done under settings, Outlook version. While you do lose a little functionality, the light version works a lot better with JAWS. When I am traveling, I occasionally have to use this version and it works quite well for basic email tasks.

I am working part-time for a consultant, and I have to use office.com to get my email from a new client.  I'm very familiar with Outlook on my PC, but I'm finding the online version pretty confusing.  

Can I find training on how to use it with Jaws?  Is the online outlook.office.com the same as Office 365? 

Not sure what to search for in Google.
