I think Chris just sent you a direct link to where you can find the settings
to add the information manually to your Outlook software. Back in the bad
old days, manual additions to Outlook were the norm, but today, for most
things, the automatic approach works-but clearly, not in this specific case
of yours.

That is an excellent solution, but, when I tried to add the account, it
couldn't automagically find the server settings, and neither I nor my boss
know what they should be.

Tracy:

Instead of struggling with the online interface, why not connect your
Outlook client to the email service. I am sure you have the ID and password
needed to do this.

This will improve your productivity and save you some time.

I am working part-time for a consultant, and I have to use office.com to get
my email from a new client.  I'm very familiar with Outlook on my PC, but
I'm finding the online version pretty confusing.  

Can I find training on how to use it with Jaws?  Is the online
outlook.office.com the same as Office 365? 

Not sure what to search for in Google.
