[NFBCS] Credit Card Management Packages

Hi,

There are a couple really small things in terms of the site, when you 
generate a card you have to hit enter on the name and the limit to 
change them, but they're not marked up as buttons. Otherwise it works great.


The expirations are a long way out. My linode card expires in 2026.
