[NFBCS] Someone Please Tell Me How to Get JAWS to Always Read the Row/Column Headers in Word/Excel without Having to Change the Settings

            In Microsoft Excel/Word, I almost always have JAWS announce the
column/row headings. However, this requires opening the Quick Settings to
change the read title setting for every table/worksheet. In Excel, this is
even more annoying because I have to do it again if I rename a sheet. Is
there some way to tell JAWS to just read the silly headers rather than
having to change the setting over and over again?
