[NFBCS] Audio Cutting Out

Hi Brian:

Thanks for your reply during this busy Christmas season. I will look 
around for a cheap pair of headphones to do a test. I used to have several 
but I've moved several times over the past few years. Walmart, however, is 
not very far away from my current house. I'm considering buying new wired 
speakers but would like to identify the problem first. I never had this 
problem on my Dell that I purchased in 2016, so I'd like to know what 
changed in the new configuration.
