Tracy -

Have you tried the JAWS pass through command (insert + 3) before you do the
shift-applications?

Just a thought, I have no experience with shift applications.

No, I tried that, but that brings up the regular applications menu, which
isn't what I need.

Tracy:

Try Shift F10 and see if that helps.

Cordially,

I need to get into MS SQL Server Management Studio by using the menu under
shift-applications, which is not the same as the menu under plain
applications. The shift-applications menu has the option to run as a
different user.

Getting the menu is very hit-and-miss. I usually have to hit
shift-applications several times before I actually get it.

Does anyone use this menu and know how to get into it without several tries?

Thanks.

Tracy
