Greetings:

Also, in that same context menu, you will find a Sort item.

Cordially,

Another way to do this, if you don't want to fool with the ribbon, is the following.

>From your inbox, press Ctrl Space to deselect the current message.

Now, press the applications key or Shift F10.

Press down arrow and you will find arrange by submenu.

>From this menu, you can choose to have the messages in this folder arranged by from, date or all sorts of other categories.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

I think many of you already know this but from time to time I switch to sort by sender (usually to do some house cleaning) and then I forget how to sort by date.

I hear the chime of the new e-mail and the new message is not on top.

This is not a good feeling until I have retrieved that latest e-mail.

Anyway, I usually select the first button “date” 1 of 13 but sometimes choose “sender” 2 of 13.

Sender is particularly handy if the sender of interest is already in focus. Then after the new arrangement, many messages from that sender are all clubbed together.

Note that left and right arrow work fine for navigating between the buttons.

I start the process with focus in the list of messages in my inbox.

Here is what Microsoft answer desk had to say:

Helpful steps on how to change view arrangement:

*	Press alt + v to view tab
*	then press letter A and B to view arrangement

press arrow key to navigate

Best Regards,

John
