[NFBCS] git bash and cygwin now run fine on my work computer

Hello,
Some good news.
The problem was strictly software configuration and not hardware.
Monday morning I configured my work computer with the configurations under options in the respective applications described earlier.
Now git bash and Cygwin work well on this computer.
I am now switching to coding on this computer and bringing over my other favorite applications.
