[NFBCS] JAWS Use Virtual Ribbon Menus Keeps Saying Blank

Greetings everyone:

Here is a Dropbox link to a 12-minute audio about using the Office ribbons which I obtained a long time ago when Office 2007 was released. This audio persuaded me to jump right in to using the ribbons, and I have never looked back.

Hi, I’ve experienced the same. I know the virtual ribbon was a
temporary solution, but I do wish use of the actual ribbon was a
little more intuitive. As things stand, I can’t tell if I have to use
Space, or Enter, or Alt+Down to activate certain items on that dang
ribbon. If anyone has general tips on making navigation on it easier,
I’d love the pointers.
