That they are creating overlays that do not make websites accessible and selling them to businesses for a monthly fee. They have engaged in false advertising, saying that companies will be protected against lawsuits. The overlays basically label buttons and do photo descriptions with artificial intelligence, which our screen readers already do.

You have to know how that goes. They also tell these companies that these overlays make their website follow WCAG guidelines and make them ADA compliant even though there is no such thing.

Some websites are already accessible if you can just disable the overlay. Someone on here earlier created a fire fox browser extension that will disable them..
