[NFBCS] Mastodon accessibility problems

There are many Mastodon instances, or servers. You say "Mastodon 
isn't accessible" which isn't true, the server you tried using may 
not have been accessible.  I used tweesecake.social and had no problems.

There will be an article about Mastodon in the July Monitor.
