[NFBCS] Certificate cannot be verified.

I can't speak to the certificate issue, but you might try to maximize the
Outlook window (Windows key + up arrow), to get JAWS to read the message
titles. I have this problem occasionally and this seems to resolve it.

Subject: [NFBCS] Certificate cannot be verified.

I bought a copy of Office, including Outlook. Everything is working fine,
except every time I open my mail I get 2 of the same error and have to hit
alt-y to continue.

The message is:

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot
be verified.

The target principal name is incorrect.

I tried asking my provider's tech support, but they weren't helpful. The
tech said my copy of Outlook might not be installed properly, but it's
working fine.

I tried Google, but got instructions I don't understand at all and seem to
be for a provider and not a user.

I tried installing the certificate, following the prompts, but that didn't
work, either.

I could just keep hitting alt-y twice when I open my mail, but it also seems
to be the thing that makes Jaws not automatically read the title and such as
I arrow down through my list of messages, and that is rather annoying. I
have to make Jaws manually read each line.

Does anyone know how I can make this problem go away?

Thanks.

Tracy
