	hello.  I should clarify a bit.  I dont think the issue is an expired certificate in this
instance.  I think the issue is that there is a missing certificate in the chain of
certificates from the one sent by Tracy's e-mail provider to the root certificate her version
of Outlook is using.  By viewing the certificate details, hopefully, we can help Tracy find the
missing certificate and tell her where to get it from and install it on her system.
