[NFBCS] Moving my email, and setting up a Wordpress website?

Hi  can  a  blind  person, me  setup a  Wordpress based website?  I  have  herd  that  Wordpress is  not  usable by  us. Is this  true? If  it  is  not  true  what  til will  work  in  ether Windows or  Mac OS Ventura?  Jest  fore the. Record I use  Jaws in  Windows, I  also  have  a  office 365 subscription.  On  the  Mac I  have  the  Mac version, and  use  VO. Due  any good  suggestions? Or  will  I  need   to  setup  something els, that is  not  Wordpress based, for  the  website? The  last  thing is  is  it  a good  idea to  have  a  private domain registration? What are  the  issues  if  any issues  will  I  have  if I  leave mine public?
