[NFBCS] IPEVO Visualizer & Ubuntu Linux 23.10

Thank you!

I'll look into this.  It will give me a chance to learn Docker and
might be a cleaner solution than trying to force or work around a
normal install.  I believe I have enough resources on my desktop with
an Intel 10850K processor and 128GB of RAM that it shouldn't be a big
impact on performance.

I'll post how it goes if I can get it to work.
