[NFBCS] Different Ribbon Displaying in Outlook 2019 on Windows 2019

            I am trying to help someone who is using Outlook 2019 on both
Windows 10 and 11. The ribbon is fine on Windows 10, but, on Windows 11, the
content keeps changing, and items are missing. Does anyone know how to fix
this? I found an online article that seems to talk about it, but, of course,
it has "click on the [insert visual description] located at [insert screen
position]" instructions.
