Those are good apps if you need to do this outside the classroom, I'm
not sure they'd be allowed there.

One really good thing about the agents not being trained for this is that you can practice with them.  They can give you a good description of the diagram, and you can ask questions. You can then use your knowledge from the class to figure out what the diagram means.
