[NFBCS] Removing Old Work Account From Office

Maybe the account is signed in at the device level?

Try going to Start and type settings

When Settings loads, type Accounts in the search box and select Your
Info (second option in the results list)

There should then be a link to sign out.  However, if it says "Sign in
with a Microsoft Account Instead" then your device is not linked to
Microsoft.

Hope this helps,

Brian
