[NFBCS] Folder in Outlook

I'm not sure how to get to it through the ribbons either, but a shift+f6 will take you to the folder pane, and you can create a folder or subfolder by using the context menu.

I press Control+shift+e. I can't remember how you get to it in the ribbons, but that shortcut works for me.

Does anyone know how to create a new folder in Outlook. I Googled and it says stuff like, from the Main view .... Etc. What is the main view, and how do you get there. It isn't the inbox or folder list?
