Greetings:

It's bad enough that required fields in forms are being skipped in screen reader mode, and it is even worse when there are web pages where elements that show up as links cannot be reached by tabbing. This reinforces what I teach about web browsers in Windows--which is that using the tab key as the predominant way of navigating through web pages is not optimal. This is why the virtual cursors that all screen reading programs provide is incredibly useful for us nonvisual users.

Kind regards,

Curtis Chong
