[NFBCS] Printer Recommendations

Lewis is absolutely correct. Toner, which is what laser printers use, will
not dry out, because it's already a powder. That said, if you do need to
print in color regularly, get an Epson Ecotank. It doesn't have cartridges,
but instead it has ink bottles. You'll need some help in figuring out when
the ink runs out, and knowing when to stop filling the reservoirs, but it's
comparable to the cost of a laser printer in terms of purchase price, and
consumables.

We also have one of these printers, but I don't print on it much. Mostly my
wife uses it to print all the color worksheets, textbooks, and other
homeschooling miscellanea.
