[NFBCS] winamp issue with jaws 2026

Hi Marvin,

I don't like to run end-of-life software, but this sounded interesting 
since I used Winamp back in the day.  I downloaded and installed it on a 
test machine running Windows 11 24H2. I got several UAC prompts and an 
error about DirectX missing even though dxdiag shows version 12 is 
installed. I also removed the network cable during install mainly 
because I didn't trust the download and didn't want to infect anything 
but this also got me past any certificate checks. On further inspection 
though I found the installer is not signed at all so a CRL check 
wouldn't occur even it it could reach the internet during install.  
Anyway, after pushing through the errors it did install and seems to 
work. Not sure why it doesn't for you... maybe you're on the later 
Windows 25H2 or malware protection is blocking it? Anyway, it was a fun 
exercise but I would only run it in an isolated environment.
