[NFBCS] Does Alt Space in Windows No Longer Work If Copilot is Active?

Shoot, I just wish Microsoft would release the Applications key from the
Copilot clutches! Thankfully, with Lenovo, I can sort of get around that by
adding the FN key with Applications.
