Estimados usuarios de NFBNET.ORG:



Tengo el placer de poder decirles que hemos conseguido con éxito que 
funcione el nuevo servidor de nfbnet.org, y cambiamos los servicios en él. 
Todavía hay algunas cosas que arreglar, pero la mayoría de las cosas son tal 
como estaban previamente, o como ustedes esperarían que fueran con el nuevo 
soporte físico.



Todavía necesitamos procesar los archivos del mensaje para ajustar algunas 
uniclaves, las cuáles han cambiado. Por lo demás, nuestras listas de 
personas a quienes se les envía correo electrónico deben funcionar como lo 
hicieron antes. Este procesamiento no puede llevarse a cabo hasta temprano 
la semana próxima, pero las listas deben funcionar por lo demás normalmente.



Para ustedes los maestros, las páginas Cibernéticas están en servicio. Vamos 
a intentar sincronizar el contenido una vez más esta noche, para capturar 
los cambios que  algunos de ustedes hicieron en el fin de semana pasado, o a 
principios de esta semana. Eso debe suceder esta tarde, esperanzadamente. 
Les escribiré a los maestros de la Red por separado con nuevas 
instrucciones.

Les agradezco de nuevo a todos por su paciencia. Debido a la complejidad, el 
proceso fué algo más desordenado de lo que nosotros hubiéramos querido. 
Resulta que había un defecto en el software que es utilizado por IBM para 
controlar el RAID para nuestros accionamientos de disco. Ellos lo 
caracterizaron como "qüestión de código," pero era un defecto si usted me lo 
pregunta. Una vez que conseguimos el soporte, las cosas fueron actualizadas 
según lo esperado.
