Para Su Información: Recibí ayer una cosa maravillosa de Barbara Cheadle. Es 
una edición bilingüe de un libro estupendo, que parece comparable al libro 
wrightslaw, (ley de la educación especial) acerca de IDEA y el PROGRAMA 
INDIVIDUALIZADO EDUCATIVO. Por favor si cualquiera de ustedes tiene un 
pariente de habla Hispana pase esta información del libro. Si la familia no 
puede comprarlo quizás ustedes podrían proporcionar ayuda, o pedirle ayuda a 
su presidente de la afiliada para conseguirlo. El libro está en Español y en 
Inglés. Fue hecho por Randy Chapman, el director de los servicios jurídicos 
para el Centro Legal, para las Personas con Incapacidades, en Colorado. 
Estoy tan emocionada por haber descubierto este libro, pues he conocido cada 
vez más, a familias de habla Hispana que podrían beneficiarse realmente de 
este libro.
