Me dí cuenta de que no envié la información más importante: día y

hora. Podría usted también pasar esto junto con mis disculpas. El Carnaval

se llevará a cabo el viernes, 3 de julio del 2009. Los voluntarios necesitan
venir

al Salón de Baile Ambassador 2 no más adelante que 9:45. Los niños

llegarán a las 10:15, y se irán a las 12:00. Los treinta minutos

adicionales le brindarán tiempo de conocer a otros en el salón,

y sus juegos de selección. Cuándo reciba una lista verdadera de
voluntarios,

me comunicaré con ustedes, y les dejaré saber específicamente cómo

contactarme en Detroit. Si se han ofrecido a traer artículos, por favor,
tráiganlos

a ese mismo salón no más adelante que las 9:30, a fín de  que los juegos
puedan ser fijados.

Gracias, y otra vez me disculpo por olvidar esta información.
