Les escribo para pedir su ayuda, a fín de  influir en la

Junta de Acceso,

Access Board,
de los Estados Unidos, para que considere las enmiendas propuestas a las
Directrices de Accesibilidad del

Acto de los Americanos con Discapacidad,

ADA.
En particular, el Access Board propone hacer frente
con acceso a máquinas de autoservicio "utilizadas para venta de boletos de
entrada, o
de salida, selección de asiento, tarjetas de embarque, u ordenar comida en
restaurantes y cafeterías (220.2)."

Además de excluir explícitamente servicio en el automóvil, y máquinas de
autoservicio,
las modificaciones propuestas no requieren que
los kioscos electrónicos de información sean accesibles.

Si desea ayudar, por favor llame o envíe un correo electrónico al Access
Board
antes de la medianoche del lunes, 21 de junio, con un mensaje diciendo que
las Directrices de accesibilidad del ADA necesitan incluir los quioscos de
información, así
