¡Es hora otra vez! Por favor, comience a hacer sus reservas de hotel

para el Seminario de Washington.  Las fechas del 2013 son desde el lunes, 4 
de febrero, hasta el jueves,
7 de febrero del 2013. Necesitamos tener sus reservas para no más adelante 
que el 21 de diciembre del 2012. Por favor, no contacte el hotel para hacer 
sus reservas.  Yo presento todas las reservas para el Seminario de 
Washington. puede llamar al (303) 778-1130, extensión
219, para hacer su reserva, o enviarla por correo electrónico a
Lisa Bonderson lbonderson at cocenter.org.  Vamos a confirmar la recepción de

por una cama con ruedas, (habrá una carga adicional de $15 por noche)

familia, comerciantes, abogados, etc.)

Desean tener espacio para una reunión, debo obtener sus necesidades de

para evitar unanoche de habitación más impuestos, y cargos de cancelación.

su reserva tan Pronto como sea posible para evitar este tipo de carga.



Las tarifas son de $177 para habitaciones individuales, dobles, triples o 
cuádruples, y El impuesto es de 14,5 por ciento por noche.  Cuando se 
registre, debe estar Preparado para cubrir al menos la primera noche de su 
estancia, ya sea con Una tarjeta de crédito, o un cheque, y luego, haga los 
arreglos necesarios para pagar el saldo al Presentar una tarjeta de crédito
