El Presidente Mark Riccobono me pidió invitarles a la Feria de Empleo 
2015 de la Federación Nacional de Ciegos (NFB).

La Feria de Empleo se llevará a cabo en el salón Grand Ballroom A, Nivel 
1, Hotel Rosen Centre, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florída 32819. 
Tendrá lugar desde 2:00 pm hasta 4:00 pm.
el domingo 5 de julio, aunque se recomienda que los empleadores vengan 
al menos media hora antes de ello para encontrar una buena mesa y 
ajustarse. Las mesas están para el que primero viene, primero
servido, y tiene capacidad para dos o más personas. Tendremos los 
miembros del comité allí para ayudar y dirigir.

No hay ningún cargo para ninguno de los empresarios o solicitantes de 
empleo para la Feria de Empleo. Por lo general, tenemos por lo menos 
desde 200 hasta 300 personas ciegas en asistencia. La feria se duplicó
en tamaño desde el 2013, cuando por primera vez la llevamos a cabo, y en 
el 2014, por lo que, puede ser que haya aún más personas que buscan 
empleo y más empresarios en el 2015.

¡Es fácil inscribirse! Sólo un correo electrónico con la siguiente 
información para ddavis at blindinc.org: nombre de la organización, 
dirección, número (s) de teléfono, correo electrónico (s) y nombre
o los nombres y cargos de los representantes. Asegúrese de proporcionar 
la información que desea que los que buscan trabajo vean, ya que 
publicamos una lista de los empresarios
antes de la feria de empleo, por lo que, los solicitantes de empleo 
pueden hacer su investigación y seguimiento después.

Si tiene folletos con información general acerca de su organización en 
Braille y en tipo grande (16 puntos de preferencia) es bueno, pero no es 
necesario.
La mayoría de los solicitantes de empleo ciegos que conocerán valdrán la 
pena contratar; tenemos muchos comentarios positivos de los empresarios 
que contrataron un número de empleados ciegos en la Feria de Empleo 2014.

President Mark Riccobono asked me to invite you to the 2015 National 
Federation of the Blind (NFB) Job Fair.

The Job Fair will be in the Grand Ballroom A, Level 1, Rosen Centre 
Hotel, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.  It will run 
from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, although we recommend that employers 
come at least ½ hour before that to find a good table and set up.  
Tables are first come, first served, and can accommodate two or more 
people.  We will have committee members there to help and direct you.Â

There is no charge to either employers or jobseekers for the Job Fair.  
  Usually we have at least 200-300 blind people in attendance.  The 
fair doubled in size from 2013, when we first held it, to 2014, so there 
may be even more jobseekers and employers in 2015.

Itâ??s easy to sign up!  Just e-mail the following information to 
ddavis at blindinc.org: name of organization, address, phone number(s), 
e-mail(s) and name or names and job titles of representatives.  Make 
sure you provide information that you want job seekers to see, as we 
publish a list of the employers before the job fair, so job seekers can 
do their research and follow up afterward.

If you have handouts with general information about your organization in 
Braille and large type (16 point preferred) that is good, but it is not 
required.  Most blind jobseekers you meet will be well worth hiring; we 
got a lot of positive feedback from employers who hired a number of 
blind employees from the 2014 Job Fair.Â

This is the largest job fair for the blind held anywhere in the world, 
so it is a great place to be if you want to hire blind people.  Let me 
know if you need more information.
