> Actualmente estudia la Maestría en Educación Inclusiva e Intercultural. Cuenta con distintos diplomados y certificados, algunos de ellos son: Diplomado en derechos humanos a personas con discapacidad, Diplomado en comunicación básica hacia la discapacidad y Diplomado en Diseño Universal. Actualmente es coordinador del programa de inclusión y equidad educativa de la Universidad Tecnológica de Tamaulipas Norte. También es presidente de la organización de la sociedad civil Éxodo Señas y Voces.

> Rubén David Soto Zarate, has a degree IN LAW AND A HIGHER TECHNICIAN in the management of INCLUSION PROJECTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. He is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Inclusive and Intercultural Education. It has different diplomas and certificates, some of which are:
