[NFBF-Daytona] Votran changes 2026

For those of you who live where there removing a fixed rout. Will you still
be eligible for Votran gold under ADA because you are not within 3 quarters
of a mile of a fixed rout?

Votran  

 

PROPOSED SERVICE CHANGES  

 

EFFECTIVE: EARLY 2026  

 

East Volusia  

 

. Route 1: Route will be eliminated. Service north of Granada Blvd. would be
replaced by  

 

VoRide and service on A1A between Int'l Speedway Blvd. and Granada Blvd.
would be  replaced by Route 19.  .   Route 3:  The "A", "B", and "C"
branches of the route will be eliminated. All trips will run  

 

between the Transfer Plaza and Thompson Creek Superstop near the
intersection of Granada  Blvd. and US 1. Service north of Granada Blvd.
would be replaced by VoRide.  .   Route 10: Outbound trips will depart the
Transfer Plaza at :35, with subsequent adjustments.  .   Route 15: Service
during off-peak hours will be reduced to hourly, departing the Transfer
Plaza  

 

on the hour. During peak hours, service will continue to operate every 30
minutes.  .   Route 17: The "A" branch, serving Ponce Inlet, of the route
will be eliminated and replaced by  

 

on-demand service. All trips will follow the "B" branch but will be known as
Route 17, every 30  minutes.  .   Route 19: Service will be enhanced to
operate every 30 minutes.  .   NSB Flex Service: Service will be converted
to VoRide and will operate 7am-5pm.  .   Night Service: Night Service Routes
3, 4, 10, 11, and 15 will be converted to VoRide. New  

 

Route 70 will operate from 7pm-12am Monday-Saturday, replacing Routes 1 &
17.  .   Service on the following holidays will be eliminated: New Year's
Day, Thanksgiving Day, and  

 

Christmas Day.  West Volusia  

 

. Route 30: Service will now operate from Gam-8pm weekdays and 8am-5pm
Saturdays.  

 

Saturday trips will not serve Spring Garden Ave. or Plymouth Ave.  .   Route
31: Service on Saturdays will be reduced to operate 8am-5pm.  .   Route 33:
Service from Market Place to DeBary SunRail Station will be eliminated.
Alternative  

 

service will be provided by Route 31 or VoRide.  . Route 34: Service will be
eliminated. Alternative service is provided by portions of Route 30 or  

 

VoRide.  . DeLand SunRail Circulator: This route will be eliminated. Service
to the DeLand SunRail  

 

Station will be provided by VoRide with the option to pre-book trips.  

 

Public Meeting Information   All of the public meetings will be in open
house format, where attendees can arrive at any time. Staff will be
available to  explain the proposed changes and take comments from riders.  

 

.    Monday, October 20: From 9am-11am at the VoTran Office. 950 Big Tree
Road. South Daytona. Riders  

 

can use Route 7.  .   Tuesday, October 21: From 5-7pm. virtually. Meeting
info available on www.Votran.org  .   Wednesday, October 22: From 9am-12pm,
at the Daytona Beach Regional Library, 105 Jackie  

 

Robinson Pkwy, Daytona Beach. Riders can use Routes 1 or 7.  .   Thursday,
October 23: from 4-7pm, at the Ormond Beach Regional Library, 30 S. Beach
St., Ormond  

 

Beach. Riders can use Route 19.  .   Wednesday, October 29 from 2-4pm, at
the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, 1001 S. Dixie Fwy.,  

 

New Smyrna Beach. Riders can use VoTran Flex Service.  .    Friday, October
31: From 9-11am, at the DeBary Public Library. Riders can use Route 31 or
VoRide.  .   Additionally, staff will be at the Transfer Plaza from 7-9am
and 4-7pm on Monday, October 27 to
