 Good morning to all, Sunrise and Shine Family! 

I have been thinking about the calls that seem to mean the most to us and
the ones that are the most fun and realized, when you are the star of the
show and the topics are fairly free flowing, we always hit a home run.

On tomorrow's 'Rise and Shine, we'll actually spend time talking about
something many of us do without even realizing it, we learn something new
everyday, (at least that's what our parents told us to do when we were
growing up). If you are like me and love to learn, then our Zoom call
tomorrow morning, at 9:00AM ET is the perfect call for you.

There are so many ways we pick up knowledge, school sessions, reading books,
attending lectures, watching videos, the list goes on and on. What are you
doing to build your brain each day? We'd be thrilled to find out. I'll share
some places I go to find out stuff I didn't know and can't wait to hear what
you are doing to expand your noodle..

If you haven't been to one of our calls before, joining us at 9:00 AM for
coffee or tea will give you a chance to find out what you've been missing.
We always take time for welcoming new guest speakers and participants and
for lots of warmth and laughter.

since we launched Rise and Shine way back on April 16th2020. If you're not
