I do believe we are rehabilitated enough, or at least some of us, and I do 
believe that at least some of us are able to function independently without 
accessibility. However, I do believe that as an entity  providing 
information to the blind, they should have alternative communication which 
allows us to maintain our independence, and not have to depend on others to 
tell us what our check will be in the new year.
