[Nfbf-l] Article regarding complaint filed against HART

Mary, Marion wrote a very direct but affective letter! I thought it was a 
well written one with such a truthful message that most definitely needs to 
be taken seriously by all administrators all over the Country!  We in 
Orlando and surrounding areas are having the same fight as you! KH
