Dan, I emailed the guy who wrote this monstrosity, and he wouldn't give me a 
straight answer. Instead, He told me to call him Monday morning and we'd 
discuss it. I think we should write a proposal of our own to submit to the 
powers that be. I just started working on this this after noon. RJ
