[Nfbf-l] record of raffle ticket sales

Hello everyone
At state convention, during the presidents' meeting, we talked about what would happen if tickets got lost in the mail. 
I've attached a file, if your chapter would like to record who bought tickets, how many, and phone number. I can't recall any raffle tickets every being lost in the mail, so the odds are getting better. 
We may want to protect the interest of those who are supporting us.
