Well Sherri, I sure hope that's all he is up to! I would also   wish him the 
tolerance to talk with the person or manager involved with this, if true 
rather than work with such a foolish Lawyer out for the Gold! Perhaps 
David's Lawyer  was an Olympian chasing after the gold years ago? Hmm! ! 
Just a thought! L

Kirk, as always, you hit the nail on the head! And when David loses that
case, he can sue his lawyer for mal-practice. *smile. Have you guys stopped
to think that maybe David is just having fun with us? An early April fool's
joke perhaps? Maybe he's testing the list to see how much traffic his
comment can cause!
