[Nfbf-l] FW: A note from Sen. Nelson about jobs and high-speedrail

Rail is expensive, and if poorly planned, can lead to waste. But, if
properly laid out and executed, high-speed rail is much more economical and
productive than the cost of building more and more highway and keeping up
those highways. Not to mention the oil used and pollution produced by all
those busses and -- especially -- private autos that would be needed. The
appeal of rail is that it saves money and boosts the economy.

Scott's ridiculous decision to give back billions of our own money is, I
thin very, very wrong and will hurt Florida. He promised us 700,000 jobs. So
far, all I've seen is progress in the reverse direction.

That's about as political as I had better get here. I'll save how I really
feel for my blog and Facebook posts.
