We are coming along. Thanks for all the responses with two weeks remaining. I haven't heard from Pinellas or Tampa yet. Broward is not coming.
Here is the update:
Orlando has slots for exhibit hall staffed! Sherri and Holly are working hard on other areas. They volunteered to help Saturday, too. Sherri has helped find some individual help.
Polk chapter has exhibit hall staffed, Florida suite staffed, and filled some time at information table. They are done!
Boca has information table assigned, and will have other areas staffed!
Daytona has some of each area staffed and Peter and Kathy are working on the rest.
Jacksonville has contacted me and are working on it. The Martens' are helping Saturday with information table and Sunday with suite!
Board member Rick Brown and Laurel Brown are working information table Sunday morning!
The Johnsons have volunteered for information table Sunday  from 4-6 and will help where needed.
NFBF Student division is covering information table Sunday 6-8.
Board member Carlos Montas has volunteered for FL Suite Sunday morning and will fill in where needed.
Kathy Davis and Tom have offered to be in suite Sunday afternoon.
First Vice President Dwight Sayer offered help with information table Saturday. He has many other responsibilities during convention.

I would prefer to be emailed off list or called with updates from chapters, members @ large, divisions, or individuals regarding scheduling. Once chapters have sent me their lists, I will make sheets on each area and ask to fill in where we have openings.  We want everyone that wants to help and don't want to leave anybody out.

I am so appreciative of all the effort members of the affiliate are putting into this as we are hosting this great national convention.

Orange you glad you are in Florida:

Thanks, Denise Valkema
