Matt, we are all dependent on other people whether we can see or not.
Sighted people do not live on an island not needing other people. Life deals
us all cards and we have to work with them. Better to accomplish what we
can--to move forward--to be positive than to dwell on the negatives or what
we see as the negatives of our situation. If you were sighted, you would
still depend upon other people. You have a lot to offer. You are talented
with computer use. You know a lot about technology. There is much you can
do, but you have to look at the positive, not turn everything into a
negative.
