Yes, of course there were emails, but I meant anything from the NFBF board
on this issue. The first information that came to NFBF list about this
treaty was from a crappy source asking for us to oppose it. I remember
promptly counter arguing on that post. I remember you sending Dr. Maurer an
email about the treaty and you forwarded his response. Till many days after
that the general emails informing about this treaty were not sent on various
lists. May be on site there was a lot happening but not much online for a
long time.
