Attention All Chapter Presidents and Members,
It's AUCTION and DOOR PRIZE TIME.
The auction and door prize success is directly dependent on you as  
President and our wonderful members. The items for the auction should be new  and 
or very nice used items that you yourself would want to purchase. You can  
bring them to registration to drop off. We need them immediately upon your  
arrival as the set up and description of these items will be done Saturday  
afternoon. If we don't receive them prior to the set up and description we  
will not be able to accept them.
Presidents, the cash door prizes and smaller items to be given away as  
door prizes at general session and the banquet need to be given to me  
directly. Please make sure all cash be in an envelope with the amount and the  
chapter name on the envelope. This is a very important part of the convention  
and we depend on each chapter to contribute to this effort. The success of  
this part of the convention is totally dependent on the chapters  
contributions. We greatly appreciate all you can do.
