Can't seem to get e-mails right. What I meant was St. Pete. Here's a 
corrected e-mail. My sister lives in St. Augustine. Boy getting older is

Just curious, which of you are planning to attend the NFBF state convention 
in St. Pete? I'm not sure if rooms are still available, but I did send out 
the announcement.

I am going and at this point I am planning on taking the train. Yes, Amtrak 
does go to St. Pete--well, sort of. It goes to Tampa and then you take a bus 
to St. Pete. The bus  on Friday gets in at 1:40 P.M. Unfortunately, the bus 
on Monday does not leave until 3 P.M and we get back to Orlando at 7:08 P.M. 
The price at the time I booked a ticket was round trip for $31.60. That is 
with the disability discount. The senior citizens discount is the same. If 
you are interested in traveling that way, check with Amtrak at 800-872-7245. 
I still, however, have the option of finding a ride if anyone is driving and 
wants help with gas money. I can cancel my ticket with no cost to me. Still 
would like to know who is going. Thanks.
